Trudy Sings The Blues is a 3-piece band with an alternative lowfi garage sound.
The band formed at the end of 2011 . Their first E.P “Doin’ Trudy” was recorded early 2012 and was released in May 2012.

We have just confirmed a fundraiser event at Walkabout Sheffield on the 26th June. Bands featured include local band Scrim and Young Music battle of the bands 2011 winner Led Tango. Tickets are just £3 and can be bought on the day/will soon be available to buy in advance. All attendees must be aged 18 or over, you may be asked for proof of ID.
Local artist Kell On Urth made the video on a budget of just £5. According to her youtube description “Video cost £5 for paper, pens, Sellotape, sparkly bits and scissors all from pound land and was filmed using an iPhone, patience and an childish imagination :-)”. Young Music team members recently met up with singer Matty Fletcher at Sheffield Live radio station after hearing him busking live in Sheffield City Centre. Here is a picture of Natz and Ollie with Matty and his guitarist Matt.
